But this is no ordinary transfer—every mile of the journey is punctuated with beauty. We’ll pause at a traditional village and several picture-perfect viewpoints, where you can step out, breathe in the fresh mountain air, and capture stunning photos of Flores’ lush landscapes unfolding before you.

As the afternoon light softens, we arrive in Moni Village, a peaceful settlement cradled by rolling hills and cool mountain breezes. After checking in to your chosen hotel, you’ll have time to unwind, explore the village at your own pace, and prepare for the adventure that awaits at dawn.

Day 2. Moni – Kelimutu Volcano – Ende: Sunrise Over the Colored Lakes

Wake before dawn and prepare for a morning that will linger in your memory forever. An early drive takes you up the slopes of Mount Kelimutu, where a gentle 30-minute trek along a paved path leads you to the summit—just in time to witness the sunrise.

As the first rays of light break over the horizon, the three-colored crater lakes reveal themselves in all their glory—each pool glowing in a distinct hue, shifting between turquoise, emerald, and deep burgundy depending on the light and season. Surrounded by panoramic views of rolling hills and distant volcanoes, this is a moment of pure magic—one that words can scarcely capture.

After soaking in the beauty, we make our way back down to the parking area and return to your hotel in Moni for a well-deserved breakfast.

Refreshed and energized, we continue our journey toward Ende, with a meaningful stop at Wologai Traditional Village, home to the Lio tribe. Here, you’ll explore distinctive traditional houses and learn about the customs, rituals, and way of life that have been preserved for generations.

As the afternoon unfolds, we arrive in Ende, where you’ll check in to your hotel and settle in for the night, carrying with you the magic of Kelimutu’s colored lakes.

Day 3. Ende – Flight to Labuan Bajo – Kelor Island – Padar Island (Lunch/Dinner)

After breakfast at your hotel in Ende, we transfer you to the airport for your flight to Labuan Bajo, the bustling gateway to Komodo National Park. Upon arrival, our team will greet you and escort you to the harbor, where a traditional wooden boat awaits to carry you into the legendary waters of the park.

Our very first stop is the enchanting Kelor Island—a slice of paradise that feels like it’s straight out of a postcard. To truly experience its beauty, we’ll take a gentle trek up to the highest point. It’s a bit of a climb, but as we catch our breath at the summit, we’ll be greeted by one of the most spectacular ocean views nature has to offer; a serene, unforgettable reward for our efforts.

Then, we continue our journey to Padar Island, famous for its breathtaking panoramic views. After a short trek to the summit, you’ll witness one of the most iconic landscapes in all of Indonesia—three distinct bays with water in shades of turquoise and blue, framed by rugged hills and untouched coastline.

Throughout the day, a delicious lunch and dinner will be served on board, allowing you to dine with the sea breeze in your hair and the endless ocean as your view. Tonight, your accommodation is on the boat—a unique and authentic experience, lulled to sleep by the gentle rocking of the waves and the soft whispers of the open sea.

Overnight on the boat near Padar Island.

Day 4. Komodo Island – Pink Beach – Taka Makassar – Manta Point – Labuan Bajo (Breakfast/Lunch)

Wake up to the soft golden light filtering through the cabin windows and enjoy a hearty breakfast on board as the boat glides across the calm morning waters.

Our first destination today is Komodo Island, the namesake of the national park and the original habitat of the legendary Komodo dragon. Accompanied by an experienced ranger, you’ll trek through the island’s diverse landscape, searching for these ancient reptiles in their natural environment. Along the way, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of their behavior, ecology, and the conservation efforts that protect them.

Next, we sail to Pink Beach, one of Komodo’s most treasured gems. Its blush-colored sands, created by microscopic red coral fragments, create a striking contrast with the azure sea. Here, you’ll have the opportunity to snorkel in vibrant underwater gardens, where colorful coral formations and schools of tropical fish create a living masterpiece beneath the surface.

Next, we set course for the mesmerizing Taka Makassar—a pristine, crescent-shaped sandbar that seems to float effortlessly on the crystal-clear turquoise waters. As we approach, you’ll be captivated by the striking contrast of pure white sand against the deep blue sea. Step onto this tiny paradise, and you’ll feel like you’ve discovered your own private slice of the Indian Ocean. Whether you’re wading through the warm, shallow lagoons or simply soaking in the endless horizon, Taka Makassar is a moment of pure, tranquil magic you won’t soon forget.

Our adventure then takes us to the exhilarating Manta Point—a world-class snorkeling site that promises an encounter you’ll treasure for a lifetime. This is where the ocean’s gentle giants, the magnificent manta rays, glide gracefully through the nutrient-rich waters. As we slip into the sea, you’ll have the rare opportunity to observe these awe-inspiring creatures up close, watching in wonder as they soar effortlessly beneath you with wingspans that can reach up to several meters. It’s not just snorkeling; it’s a humbling, heartwarming dance with nature that will leave you feeling deeply connected to the marine world.

As the afternoon begins to mellow, we set course back to Labuan Bajo, the vibrant coastal town that marks the end of your Kelimutu and Komodo adventure. Upon arrival at the harbor, you’ll be transferred either to your chosen hotel or directly to the airport to catch a flight to your next destination.

Your Kelimutu and Komodo tour ends here—but the memories will last a lifetime.
