Day 1. Labuan Bajo - Kelor Island - Rinca Island - Kalong Island (L/D)
Your Rinca Island adventure begins with a convenient pick-up at your hotel or the airport in Labuan Bajo. From there, we transfer to the harbor, where a traditional wooden boat awaits to carry you across the sparkling waters of Komodo National Park.
Our first destination is Kelor Island, a small but stunning island with a trail that rewards the effort it asks. A short trek takes you to the top of the island, where a breathtaking panorama unfolds before your eyes—turquoise waters, rugged coastlines, and the scattered jewels of surrounding islets stretching to the horizon. It’s a photographer’s dream and a moment of pure awe.
Back on board, we set course for Rinca Island, the second-largest island within the Komodo National Park and home to a thriving population of Komodo dragons. Accompanied by an experienced ranger, you’ll trek through the island’s savannah landscape, keeping watch for these ancient reptiles in their natural habitat. Along the way, you may also encounter water buffaloes, wild horses, long-tailed monkeys, and a variety of tropical birds—a true immersion into the wild heart of Indonesia.
As the afternoon begins to mellow, we continue our journey to Kalong Island, famous for its spectacular evening ritual. As the sun begins to dip toward the horizon, thousands of fruit bats emerge from the mangrove trees, soaring across the fiery sky in a mesmerizing dance of silhouettes against the sunset. It’s a natural spectacle that has captivated travelers for generations—and one that will stay with you long after the night falls.
Throughout the day, a delicious lunch and dinner will be served on board, allowing you to dine with the sea breeze in your hair and the endless ocean as your view. Tonight, your accommodation is on the boat—a unique and authentic experience, lulled to sleep by the gentle rocking of the waves and the soft whispers of the open sea.
Day 2. Kalong Island - Menjerite Bay - Bidadari Island - Labuan Bajo (B/L)
Wake up to the soft golden light filtering through the cabin windows and enjoy a hearty breakfast on board as the boat glides across the calm morning waters.
Our first destination today is Menjerite Bay, a world-class snorkeling spot where crystal-clear waters reveal a vibrant underwater world.
