Please pay attention to the Terms of Service and some additional information when you are booking a tour package with us. Once you booked and confirmed it. That means that you understood and accepted it.
Reservation / Booking
- Reservation / Booking a tour can be made by online through our Email (cstopkomodo@gmail.com), Phone, or WhatsApp Text (+6282144217181)
- Booking status is officially confirmed and secured when when we have received your DOWN PAYMENT.
- We have a right to cancel your reservation if we had not received the down payment till the deadline as agreed
- We suggest you to book the tour far in advance to get more option of trip facilities based on your need and request
Price / Rate
- Tour Prices Quoted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR), American Dollar (USD), and another foreign currencies that will be equivalent to the local exchange rate
- The tour price that has been sent to you may change before the tour date, if there would be sudden increase of the fuel price and other basic needs
- There will be different price between low season period (October to May) and high season period (Jun to September and around Christmas & New Year holiday season)
- The tour package price doesn’t include other extra personal expenses
- Infants (under 3 years old) are free of charge (FOC)
- Kids from 3 years old is charged with normal cost
Payment System
- Down Payment (30%) is a must to confirm and secure your tour booking
- Balance Payment (70%) must be settled 15 days prior to the tour departure
- Transaction fee in the Bank is not calculated in the tour price
- Please send us the proof of payment after Down Payment processed
- Recommended Payment is by using Wise, Revolut, Bank Transfer, and Western Union
- For the time being, we do not accept payment by credit card. So sorry for that.
Full payment must be done at the time of booking if the reservation made within 15 days prior the tour departure
Cancellation
- Cancellation after Down Payment 30 days prior the tour departure is not refundable
- Cancellation after Full Payment 15 days prior the tour departure is not refundable
Force Majeure
- We can change, postpone or even cancel the tour for the sake of the safety and security when the force majeure occurs i.e. natural disaster, bad weather, volcano explosion, earthquake, epidemic, war, terrorism, political instability, riot, strike, demonstration, etc. We will notify you as early as possible regarding to this issue
- If we have received the tour payment, we might reschedule the tour date, offer an alternative plan or refund your money, yet administration fee is applied
Responsibility
- We are a tour operator who is responsible for arranging your tour package i.e. car, boat, hotel, tour guide, meals, tour attraction etc. (based on the tour package as we dealt)
- We are not responsible for complaints caused by any force majeure including delay, irregularity or flight cancel, damage or missing things, injury, accident and so on
Travel Insurance
- We do not include your travel insurance in the tour package. We advise you to arrange it by yourself in your country before traveling. It is really helpful for you to cover the cost when unexpected things happen to you during the tour such as: lost/missing, damage, injured, sudden serious diseases, accident, etc
Special Request
- If there is a special request, please tell us soon when you are booking the tour, because we need time to confirm the availability of it. Special requests may need an extra cost
Tour Program and Itinerary
- For private tour service, the tour program or itinerary will be more flexible on the spot. It can be adjusted or discussed with our team on the spot. But, for the open trip it is fixed, tighter and even more rushed when you are on the spot-visited
Privacy Policy
- Your privacy is secure. The personal data you sent to us is only for booking purposes and to make it easier for us to deal with government affairs before doing your tour. An example, the government/authority like Harbor master needs all passengers’ data before embarking to the boat. We, of course, do not spread it everywhere
Code of Conduct
- Please obey the rules and regulations whenever and wherever you are during the tour with us. We ignore your personal issue caused by breaking the rule and regulation during the tour
Entrance Ticket at Tourism Object
If your tour package doesn’t include entrance or donation fee. Below is the average amount you need to be paid on the spot. This is not the fixed tariff, it can change on the time of your visit if there will be new government regulation
- Komodo National Park: IDR 250,000/pax/day for foreign visitor. And IDR 50,000 to 75,000/pax/day for domestic visitor
- Komodo Park Ranger IDR 250,000/group/visit (1-5 pax in one group)
- Drone ticket in Komodo Park: IDR 2,000,000/unit/location (if you’ve a drone, you must need special permission from the park authority the day before using it in the park)
- Entrance tickets in each tourism spots on FLORES ISLAND is about from IDR 25,000 to IDR 100,000/visitor/day
- Kelimutu National Park in FLORES around IDR 225,000/pax/day
Donation Fee (No |Tickets from the Government)
- Donation Fee is about IDR 25.000 to IDR 50,000/pax/object. And sometime at certain spots require a fee for Local Guide to lead you around the area
Dress Code
- If you are exploring on the land tour on Flores, the people on the island are charming, friendly and well-preserved their culture. So, please help them to maintain and respect their custom by getting dressed modestly when visiting the tourism spot. Avoid wearing the mini skirt or any transparent cloths during your site-visit
Tourism Facilities
- If you are traveling around Flores Island, do not expect much to get nice quality of the tourism facilities such as in hotel, restaurant, car etc. Labuan Bajo, west Flores Island has only many choices of better tour facilities
Condition of Flores Overland Tour
- Traveling around Flores Island by car is a fascinating experience. Remember that the distance from one town to another is about 5-6 hours (includes short stop) for one way trip. Most of the route to the tour destination is paved road. But there are few routes to tour spots still have bad road condition
Buying and Selling Transaction
- Most of the transaction activity between buyer and seller all over the island is by using cash. So, please prepare enough cash for it
Banks and Money Changer
- Most of local Bank has ATM card machine service. And the exchange rate at Local Banks and Money Changer have different rate with an international one due to there is limited range of money changer on the island. If you will be in Bali before exploring east of Indonesia, you better change your money there before traveling to our region
Indonesian Domestic Airlines
- Please, re-check or re-confirm your flight schedule at the airline company least 2-days prior departure. Because, there is sometimes problem with flight schedule such as: delay and cancel.
